More CUA-like bindings: Shift-{,Ctrl-}{Home,End} in all flavours
and “-keymap cua” for ^Z ^X ^C ^V (Undo/Cut/Copy/Paste) in jupp/joe/jstar

for search’n’replace, add (L)ast, which replaces the text in question
as if (Y)es had been selected, but quits the search afterwards instead
of continuing; the cursor is placed after the replacement (would before
be more appropriate? maybe, but this is consistent with the rest…)

apply contrib/hosted/tg/deb/jupp/debian/diffs/joe.1.in.diff,v 1.2

sync with each other; add the Win32 pre-formatted version, which
is based upon the DOS pre-formatted version from the 2.8 branch…

* bump vsn in configure.ac
* tag all files with RCS ID
* sync licence template
