(yes, I'll commit that now because I'm bored, and it won't
make its way to the anoncvs mirrors before anything sensible
has been committed in addition anyway; these are the most
strategic places only)

mostly administrative licence sync w/ current template

sync MirBSD licence with current template (doesn't touch the
MirOS Project's, this is only for my legacy stuff from before
Benny and the others joined, and for the collective-work (c))
and remove redundancy, add links, explanatory text, etc.

No complete transition yet, but this helps a lot with
the recent and upcoming(!) domain issues.

and only http://cvs.mirbsd.de/ as CVSweb redirector.
Please do not use mirbsd.de for anything else save eMail.

lbsd.mdoc: point to LICENCE; reword .Sh DESCRIPTION

change wording on MirBSD (not MirOS!) licencing;
fix several typos and changed URIs to cvs, cvsweb, rsync, ...

* update licences, dates, version numbers
* update GNU licences from ftp.gnu.org
* propagate FSF address changes
* whitespace clean-up

more legalese (formal mirror policy, I already agreed
on that with selerius in 2002 I think), and we might
host (e.g. cvs host + provide anon*/cvsweb) other projects

mails to *@mirbsd.org are working now
